Deposit Payment Terms & Conditions
When your deposit is paid in full, arrangements will be made so that it is protected by Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).
The Deposit Protection Scheme is a custodial scheme where the deposit will be held by a government appointed body. With this scheme, the amount being returned will be agreed between the Landlord and the lead tenant. Disputed amounts can be referred to an alternative dispute resolution service, the Ombudsman at the DPS.
